Privacy notice

This service has no accounts and collects nothing that identifies you. We hold no name, no contact details and no address; what you leave stays on this device.

Your colour choice is kept in this browser's storage only. It is never sent to a server, and clearing your browser data removes it.

  • The questions you play and the answers you pick are never transmitted; they stay on the screen. Only today's date and the number you got right are kept in this browser, so that returning the same day shows your result.
  • Compete runs are the one exception. For those, the start and end time and whether you got all ten go to the shared leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com), which sets a cookie (rk_k) to recognize this browser. Names show only if you create an account; see that service's privacy policy. With Compete off, nothing is sent.
  • The server counts anonymous steps only. It keeps the date, a step name such as page opened, play started or ten finished, the page language, and a rough referral label. It never carries the questions or your score.
  • To cover running costs this app may show Google AdSense advertising below the content. Google may then use cookies or advertising identifiers, under Google's own policies. Your play is still never sent to a server.

Keeping and deleting

Today's result and your colour choice are removed when you clear your browser data. The anonymous counts on the server hold nothing that can be traced back to a person.

One thing to note: this site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare inserts its own visit-tracking script into our pages. We did not add it, so we block the browser from loading it. No such data leaves your browser. The tag itself still arrives from the edge, and we would rather you knew that than not. The address of this app sets no cookies. If you post a score to the leaderboard, the leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com) sets two cookies (rk_k and rk_s) to recognize your device. Details are in its privacy policy at ranks.gwirae.com/privacy.
